Complete Care Online
Complete Care Online teaches you proper neural palpation technique to calm physical pain, move through emotion, and bring acuity to the mind. Starting with a two hour intake session, we will explore the root causes of your concern. By the end of the session you will receive 2-3 exercises to use for immediate relief, as well as a comprehensive recovery plan. The goal of these sessions are for you to experience lightness and ease in your whole body, as you feel freedom throughout your day.

Complete Care starts with a comprehensive intake session where your primary health concern is addressed through the lens of neural palpation. By the end of your first session, you will receive a customized healing plan consisting of regular private sessions that track your recovery, ongoing customized exercises to use at home, nutritional counseling, and access to Carolynn online. This is the most complete path to shifting an underlying pattern of distress into one of agency and ease.
Just Bodywork
A wonderful session if you just want access to Carolynn's expert hands without the focus on your sessions being tracked for long term recovery. Just bodywork is nourishing and integrative.
